| BTEX started bulk production of polypropylene fabric | |
| In early June 2009, Beta Textiles Co., Limited started bulk production of polypropylene fabric and finished garments in polypro. Some orders are finished sports apparel for ISA and Canada and others are polypropylene fabrics to garment manufacturers in Europe and North America. | |
| After months of trial production and experiments in dyeing and finishing, the Company became one the 1st few manufacturers of fabrics and garments in spun yarn and filament yarn garments in China. | |

Due to the strong static electricity and other special natures of polypropylene spun yarn, productions of fabrics in spun polypropylene has been a technical impasse for a long time. By making small technical changes to the knitting machines and other techniques, Beta Textiles Co., Limited succeeded in the production of polypropylene fabric with polyester like handfeel. Other clients from Australia, Finland etc are scheduling meetings for bookings of fabric and/or finished garments. |
