Can you send us your
swatches with price list? |
| A: |
No, we are
not working by producing a few garment and fabrics and marketing them.
Rather, we are a garment and fabric exporter and produce as per buyer's
requirement in terms of technical specifications including construction,
width, color, weight, printing, coating and style etc. We offer complete
garment and fabric solutions. |

Why is there no response
from you after I have sent you several inquires by the same email that
I sent to many other suppliers? |

We are not responsive to
traders who send every inquiries to teens or hundreds of email
recipients of which we are one. We apologize we do not do business in
such a way. Our business philosophy is good faith and partnership. |

What is your minimum order
for fabric and garment. |
| A: |
The ideal
minimum order is 1000 meters per color for woven fabric and 100 KG per
color for knitted fabric. For garment, the minimum quantity is normally
1000 pcs per style. In case any customer requires a quantity less than
the above, we will try our best to satisfy their needs. The unit cost
will be higher for small quantities. |

What colors
can you make? |
| A: |
In principle,
we can do any color based on buyer's color swatches or Pantone color
number. There is no limitation to colors. |

How long can
you complete color lab-dips? |
| A: |
Normally it
take three to four days to complete color lab-dips with three or four
most close colors for the approval of the buyer. |

What prints can you make? |
| A: |
In principle, we can make
any print based on buyer's print samples or designs. |

How long can
you complete print strike-offs (SKOs)? |

Normally two weeks. |

What sample do you provide
for yarn dyed fabrics if no ready sample is available? |
| A: |
Normally we provide handloom
samples. Of course, production samples of 100 meters can be made if the
buyer agrees to share half of the cost. Handloom quality is different
from machine woven fabrics. |

What are you procedures for
sending samples? |
| A: |
In principal, we
only send samples when prices are agreed upon. For yardage of sample
available with us, it will be sent free of charge. For sample of great
quantity, we will request the customer to pay for sample cost. For
making sample in case of developing new product, we shall request the
buyer to pay for the cost as sometimes it is very costly to develop new
products. |
